Thank you for shopping with The Gold Mint. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
The Gold Mint is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will do our best to assist when possible.

At this time, The Gold Mint ships within the United States.

Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will include an estimated shipping date on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
